The second discussion of the week features Alfredo Brillembourg, talking about: What Really is the Periphery?  Born in New York, architect Alfredo Brillembourg heads up the Urban-Think Tank (U-TT), which is a cutting-edge interdisciplinary design firm in Caracas, Venezuela. The focus is on innovation and sustainability for projects reaching out to squatter settlements, including those resulting from migrations.
